Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
– Exercises leadership over the sales team.
– Encourages and motivates the sales team to make sure that quotas are fulfilled.
– Examines and evaluates operational and sales data; projects revenues, establishes goals and profitability, and locates possible new markets using data.
– Determines and evaluates client preferences to effectively focus sales efforts.
– Assigns regions and establishes sales targets for teams.
– Speaks with potential clients to learn about their wants; then, finds and recommends tools, supplies, or services to fulfil those needs.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is Mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– Good communication skills
