Functions and Accountabilities:
– Manage the sales staff well to achieve growth and meet sales goals.
– Create and carry out a strategic business plan that increases the company’s clientele and guarantees its continued existence.
– Oversee the hiring, goal-setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales reps
– Create and foster enduring connections with customers by collaborating with them and getting to know their needs.
– Deliver to the management team information on sales, revenue, and expenses together with accurate projections.
– Recognise new product launches and competitive landscapes in addition to recognising rising markets and market trends.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– Good Communication Skills
