Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

– Creating a business strategy that addresses income, expense, and sales controls in order to manage organisational sales.

– Achieving predetermined sales targets.

– Determining individual sales goals in conjunction with the sales force.

– Monitoring sales targets and providing updates on findings as needed.

– Supervising the sales team’s performance and activities.

– Organising lead generation in conjunction with marketing.

– The continuous education of your sales force.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– Good communication skills
