Greetings from tekpillar!!!!We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who shall Maintain and analyzes sales reports and accordingly directs sales teams to increase health business.
Responsibilities:
1.Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
2.Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
3.Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
4.Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
5.Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
6.Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any field
Experiance: Atlest 2 years in sales field
Locality: Must be a local person for 3-4 years in his place of stay
