Job Description

Duties and Obligations:

– Hitting preset goals for sales.

– Each member of the sales team should be given a personal target.

– Tracking sales goals and, as necessary, updating others on progress.

– Overseeing the performance and operations of the sales team.

– Plan the collection of leads concurrently with marketing.

– Your sales staff’s ongoing training.

Candidates Requirements :

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
