Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
* Mapping the future initiatives to find new business opportunities.
* Holding client meetings and completing the comprehensive Facility Management agreements.
* Creating proposals, tailored presentations, and business plans.
* Survey the site in concert with the operations group.
* Examining the most recent facility management service market trends.
* Assure appropriate market penetration in the designated area.
* Creating a plan for the sales team and managing strategic accounts in the designated region
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
