Responsibilities:
• Use career planning, coaching, and training and development to create, manage, and grow a high-performing team.
• Projects the possible effects of choices based on financial data analysis and supervises financial analysis to assess managerial and organisational performance.
Evaluate the monthly and quarterly financial statements and offer insightful commentary to business managers and higher management.
• Stay up to date on organisational policies and procedures so that you may advise other business associates.
• By closely collaborating with a cross-functional management team, provide pertinent and helpful insights as well as analytical support.
• Make recommendations to senior management known in a clear, succinct, and powerful manner.
• To improve the procedures for financial analysis and reporting, promote creativity and strategic thinking.
• Provides people with guidance on a range of financial instruments, methods, and strategies.

Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
