Looking sales person from any industry who can build team of financial advisors from open market.

Duties and Responsibilities :

– Implementing networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques to identify potential customer

– Set and attain sales and earnings goals

– Maintaining positive relationships with both existing and potential consumers

– Creating and organizing a range of sales activities

– Providing direction to the sales team and guiding sales improvement tactics

– Investigating the goods, costs, and marketing strategies of rivals

– Maintaining technical expertise by participation in conferences and seminars

Requirement :

Qualification : Minimum Graduation

Experience : Minimum 2 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing of any field

Age : 22 to 38 Years

Essentials Required Skills :

– Excellent sales and negotiating abilities

– The capacity to provide excellent customer service

– The capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

– Decent managerial abilities

– Ability to work in a team environment
