Business development manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and new products or services.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new clients, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that support business development objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
