– Recruit Agency Partners and advisors

– Coordinate for the regulatory training

– Manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography

– Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Agency partner meetings

– Income and Goal setting exercise for the month

– Joint fieldwork along with Agency partners and advisors to a source insurance policy

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduation in any stream

Candidate : Local Candidate

Communication Skills

Experience : 2+ Years in Sales and Marketing in the insurance sector

CTC : Up to 4 LPA+ other benefits
