Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
• Carry out marketing initiatives for channel partners in order to increase sales and establish credibility in the industry.
• For the distribution channel, reach the zonal revenue objective for every product.
• Deal with walk-in clients and be cognizant of their requirements
• Assist in product/service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Handle producers’ everyday tasks to guarantee a robust pipeline.
• Help & mentor agents to expand their business through cross-selling
• In charge of making sure applications are of a high standard
• Support and direction for the producer in all policy-related operations
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
