We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network

Key Performers

·         Utilize strong communication and relationship-building skills.

·         Generate leads through various channels and networking.

·         Lead and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.

·         Meet with potential clients to discuss insurance options with the channel sales team.

·         Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products.

·         Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.

·         Previous experience in field sales or related areas.

·         Effective leadership and management capabilities

Candidate Profile

• Required: Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years’ sales experience required.
• Required: License and bike.
