Job Description

Positions and Obligations:

• Remain current on the attributes, advantages, and technical details of air conditioning units.

• Provide consumers with information about available products and help them choose the best options to suit their requirements.

• Address complicated customer requirements in concert with the technical team, and offer technical support as required.

• Managing Sales:

• The timely and accurate preparation and submission of contracts, sales orders, and other paperwork is required.

• It is vital to uphold precise documentation of sales endeavours, client communications, and stock quantities.

• Ensure timely order fulfilment and payment processing by coordinating with internal departments, such as finance and logistics.

• Market research knowledge:

• To see possibilities and dangers, keep an eye on rival activity, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Based on market feedback and customer insights, provide product development and marketing teams input.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
