Job Role:
- Thorough understanding of various insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
- Lead and motivate a team of agents, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Effective verbal communication to explain policy details, answer client questions, and address concerns.
- Building a professional network to generate referrals and leads.
- Guiding and inspiring the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of sales experience
- Age: 21 to 38
- CTC: 250000 to 380000
- Communication: Good communication Skill
