Key Performers 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Generating leads via, networking, and referrals.
  • Ability to allocate duties based on the skills of employees
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
  • Comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales.

Skillset criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Need at least 1 year of field sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Must possess a bike and a valid driver’s license.
