We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network
Key Performers
- Plan and execute ways to sell insurance directly to customers.
- Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Find new customers through marketing efforts and build a client list.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor actions.
- Work with teams to develop and launch sales campaigns.
- Review sales data to find ways to improve.
- Ensure the team hits or exceeds sales targets.
Candidate Info
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
- Bachelor’s degree required for this position.
- Candidates aged 22-38.
- A bike and valid license are required.
