Job Roles :

– Develop and maintain long-term relations with customers

– Recruiting and training Financial Consultants, Advisors, and other team members

– Preparing and presenting the products information to the customers

– Making cold calls to attract conceivable customers

– Developing effective sales strategies

– Diverting customer requests and complaints to the relevant departments

– Generating income and bringing in new clients, whether in person or online.

– Participate in all management-led training sessions and meetings.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in any stream

Experience : 2 + Years of experience in Sales and Marketing

Age : 24 to 38 Years

– Local candidate preferred first

– Strong Communications

– Excellent Negotiations Skills
