Rules & Regulations :

– Recruiting life insurance advisors through tale calling, cold calling & references.

– Following their 100 hours training & IRDA examination.

– Training them for passing IRDA examination.

– Training them for selling various life insurance products.

– Making business call jointly with them.

– Following with operations for issuance of policies.

– Ensuring policy reaches to the customer.

– Taking advisors out for meal to build good relation.

Desire Candidates :

Graduation : Graduation Required in any field.

Experience : 2+ years experience on field sales.

Locality : Minimum 3 years in current city.
