Job Description

Responsibilities:

This role involves team management.
Begin by recruiting Business Partners who will then recruit advisors.
Focus on the recruitment and development of a team of Financial Advisors.
Provide training, motivation, and guidance to ensure timely product sales.
Regularly update the team with product knowledge.
Trainers will conduct frequent training sessions for improved comprehension.
Drive business generation through the recruited Financial Advisors.
 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
