Job Description
This is a leadership role involving team management responsibilities. The primary duties include recruiting Business Partners who will, in turn, recruit advisors.
Key responsibilities include:
– Recruiting and developing a team of Financial Advisors.
– Providing training, motivation, and guidance to ensure timely product sales.
– Delivering product knowledge updates regularly.
– Coordinating with trainers to conduct frequent training sessions for enhanced understanding.
– Generating business through the recruited Financial Advisors.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates should possess sales experience in industries such as BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, FMCG, or similar sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
2 + years of Experience in Sales & Marketing.
Minimum qualification- Graduation required.
Age between 21 to 38 Years.
Must be local candidates
