Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Interaction:
  • Go on sales/customer calls to meet with customers and sell various financial solutions to them.
  • Achieve the business target each month by generating new business.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, authenticate their concerns, and validate with authorities.
  • Recruitment of Agents
  • Exercise due diligence at the first level to prevent unauthorized/fraudulent transactions.
  • Agent Training and Management:
  • Meet potential agents in their respective areas and onboard them.
  • Utilize the local agent network effectively.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales target numbers.
  • Manage relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and queries promptly.
