Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our insurance Direct channel team.

Key Responsibilities: 
Build and maintain a network of insurance agents.
Achieve sales targets through effective field sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and support to agents.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Conduct regular training sessions for agents to improve their sales techniques.

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree required for this position.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1 year in field sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
