Job Description

Salary: Up to 3.75 LPA with additional incentives and benefits. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet sales targets by engaging with provided leads.
• Visit potential clients in designated areas to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance options.
• Maintain daily communication with clients.
• Assist customers both before and after-sales.
• Ensure business quality and foster client retention.

Candidate Profile:

• A graduation degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in BFSI and Life Insurance is required.
• Age: 22 to 38 years.
• Candidates must have been residents for at least 3 to 5 years.
