Responsibilities:

Aid the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies.
Lead and guide the sales team effectively.
Recruit and train new sales agents.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents.
Develop relationships with agencies and explore new partnerships.
Master the company’s life insurance products to enhance communication effectiveness.

Requirements

Previous experience in life insurance, ideally in agency roles.
Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.
Ability to motivate and manage a sales team efficiently.
Well-organized with excellent time management capabilities.
