Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to help our agency channel meet its sales targets. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry, robust leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies.
- Provide effective leadership and direction to the sales team.
- Recruit and onboard new sales agents.
- Assess and monitor agent performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with agencies and seek out new partnership opportunities.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s life insurance products to improve communication.
Requirements:
- Experience in life insurance, preferably in agency roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
