Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Drive business growth and achieve sales targets by efficiently managing the sales team
– Hire, train, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives
– Recruit and onboard potential financial advisors and leaders
– Identify and leverage opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
– Oversee and manage month-end and year-end closing processes
– Conduct fieldwork to maximize customer outreach and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
2 + years of Experience in Sales & Marketing.
Minimum qualification- Graduation required.
Age between 21 to 38 Years.
Must be local candidates
