Responsibility::
- Develop and execute strategic plans for agency growth, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new agency partners.
- Collaborate with agency partners and agents to establish and achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners, agents, and internal teams.
- Implement incentive programs and strategies to motivate and reward high-performing agents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-5 years in any sales and Marketing
