• Interact with prospective consumers who have expressed interest in your products, get to know their needs, and turn them into paying members.
• To guarantee a seamless sales process and respond to any questions or problems that customers may have, follow up with leads and customers proactively.
• Relationship management: Create and preserve enduring bonds with clients by offering first-rate assistance and customer care.
• To properly convey value propositions to clients, keep abreast of product, service, and industry developments.
• Reach or surpass the organization’s defined performance benchmarks and sales targets.
Utilising CRM software, keep precise records of all customer interactions, sales activity, and results.
• Produce leads and find new business prospects.
• In order to improve performance, give the sales team support and training.
• Keep tabs on rivalry, market developments.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
