 Role: Business Development Manager
 Employment Status: Full-Time, Secured
 Job Type: Permanent, On-Staff

Central Duties & Performance Goals:

  1. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to gather and nurture leads.
  2. Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  3. Hire, train, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives.
  4. Contribute to team success by achieving related results.
  5. Travel to explore new business opportunities and engage with clients face-to-face.

Preferred Characteristics & Qualifications:

  1. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Experience: 2-5 years in field sales and marketing.
  3. Age: 21 to 38 years old.
  4. Location: Local candidates preferred.
  5. Transport: Must have access to a two-wheeler.
