Job Description
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with agency partners to drive growth in life insurance sales.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new agency partners.
- Develop and implement business development strategies.
- Provide training and support to agency partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Strong business development and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the life insurance industry and its regulations.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Age: 21 to 38
- Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing
