Job Description

Positions and Obligations:

• Mediate bargaining procedures and counsel clients regarding pricing and market conditions.

• Offering advice and consultancy to clients in order to help them buy real estate at the best price and conditions.

• Comprehend the requirements of your clients and make recommendations that work best for them.

• Arranging an Engagement Meeting with the Assigned Leads. Providing HNI clients with exceptional, individualized service through demonstration, consultation, and sales.

• By showcasing suitable primary residential properties that align with the prospects’ investment requirements, we may turn prospects into buyers.

• Compute the worth of a property by doing a comparative market analysis.

• To guarantee hassle-free after-sales service, collaborate closely with the internal CRM staff.

• Develop a relationship of trust, respect for others, communicate clearly, lead by example, encourage creativity, keep the consumer in mind, work together, find innovative solutions to challenges, and exhibit high moral standards.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
