Positions and Obligations:
• Create and put into action plans to expand into and succeed in current markets.
• Assist Talent Acquisition in locating and hiring exceptional sales personnel.
• Assist staff members in accomplishing both personal and group goals by serving as mentors.
• In order to meet the region’s revenue and profitability goals, developing and growing market share is essential.
• Utilise cold calling and other lead creation strategies to independently generate leads.
• Developing new accounts to acquire profitability by generating business requirements from them.
• Promote software goods through marketing initiatives to increase market penetration.
• Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining first-rate relationships with current clients.
• Make sure that clients’ payments are collected on time.
• Maintain a consistent and partnership-based relationship with your clients by interacting with them often.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
