Responsibility & Role:
• Supervising cosmetic beauty shops and managing designated areas.
• Preserve relationships, respond to enquiries from every store, and make the retail outlet channel management and development profitable.
• Ascertain that the retailers adhere to the company’s procedures, protocols, and guidelines concerning branding, finances, and ethics.
• Training and elucidation of the advantages of the company’s products for retail store owners and relevant personnel.
• Locating new store owners who are willing to sell corporate items both as BC and non-BC stores.
• Assure the merchants take in more merchandise and pay the distributor on schedule.
• Customise presentations so they speak to each prospect’s unique requirements and problems.
• Skilfully explain the product’s advantages and technical features to stakeholders who lack technical expertise as well as those who do.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
