Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic business development manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, client engagement, and innovative marketing strategies within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive plans to enhance business growth.
• Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with agency partners to expand our network.
• Conduct thorough market research to uncover new business opportunities and trends.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and offerings.
• Provide training and support to agency partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 5 years of field sales experience.
• Must be a local candidate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
