We’re looking for a seasoned professional to lead our agency channel strategy, driving growth and profitability through strong relationships with our agency partners

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Develop and execute a comprehensive agency channel strategy to achieve business objectives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders, producers, and support staff

• Recruit, train, and develop new agency partners to expand our distribution network

• Analyze agency performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion through agency channels
