Job Description

We are seeking a business development manager to drive growth within our agency channel. In this role, you will recruit and train agents, develop and implement sales strategies, manage relationships, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new agents.
  • Provide training and support to help agents achieve their targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
  • Monitor agent performance and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, including field sales.
  • Proven track record in setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and client management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and track performance effectively.
  • Must be a local resident.
