• Create and preserve enduring bonds with both newly onboarded clients and current ones.
• Foster the development of new and current clients.
• You will concentrate on developing connections with retailers, builders, dealers, and kitchen designers. You will strive to comprehend the objectives of your clients and deliver a satisfying purchasing experience that boosts sales.
• Encourage the sale of Cabinetworks goods by proactively interacting with dealer and retail partners within your designated zone. Recognize the needs of the consumer and offer suitable kitchen cabinet solutions
• At first, priority was given to increasing market share and current accounts.
• Engage in regular communication with the outside sales teams in order to promote sales and guarantee market penetration.
• To improve your sales talents, take part in team meetings and training sessions.
• Remain informed on market trends, rival products, and product knowledge.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
