Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
• Using shared dashboards inside the organization to monitor, evaluate, and share important quantitative information and business trends.
• Selecting qualified salespeople, establishing team goals, providing coaching and training, and keeping an eye on performance to make sure allotted duties are completed
• Manage the sales staff by setting daily goals, checking in with them to make sure they’re meeting company business requirements, and routinely assessing their success.
• Weekly and monthly core and secondary objectives of the organization are managed and executed.
• In line with the sales strategy, to create new business prospects both within and among existing customer bases.
• Maintain a low volume of complaints; if any do arise, handle them skillfully by putting the needs of the client first.
• In order to implement appropriate promotional and consumer communication campaigns, the marketing team receives market knowledge, data analytics, and insights.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
