Job Description

Positions and Obligations:

• Creating marketing plans, advertising new insurance products of all kinds and suggesting enhancements or modifications to current ones

• Fostering fruitful connections through networking, cold calling, using referrals, and other means in order to build a pool of potential clients from diverse sources.

• Assessing the demands and financial standing of companies or specific clients and recommending protection programs that satisfy their requirements.

• Able to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives that complement overarching business goals.

• Implement thorough training initiatives for agents to guarantee their proficiency in sales and product understanding.

• Enable the agency team to perform better by offering continuous coaching and assistance.

• In order to help clients make judgments, provide reliable information about the products.

• Whenever required, escalate consumer issues and complaints to management in a professional way.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
