Responsibilities:
• Ensuring business expansion and profitable growth in the local market by putting the corresponding Business Lines plan into practice.
• Complete responsibility for the P&L, structure, and sales goals with regard to spending and conversion rate.
• Establishing and overseeing a proficient, competent, and high-achieving sales team to assist with marketing, sales, bids, project administration, and order fulfillment.
• Improving the customer experience by establishing and preserving solid bonds with influential decision-makers and attracting new prospects.
• Establishing and maintaining ties with channel partners to increase income and sales.
• Guaranteeing that service levels are upheld by means of effective business and support operations in back-end sales procedures, together with common platforms and resources.
• Making certain that the area of responsibility is appropriately staffed, guided, and skilled.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
