Job Description

• Lead and manage the branch team to meet sales targets for life insurance products.
• Recruit, train, and mentor current Sales Managers and agents.
• Create and implement sales strategies to improve revenue and branch performance.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Foster strong customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure the branch runs smoothly.
• Report branch performance and sales activity to upper management.

Who We’re Looking For: 
Bachelor’s degree holder.
Minimum of 2 years in field sales.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
