Responsibilities:
• To meet both individual and group sales targets, lead, coach, and grow the inside sales staff.
• To make sure goals are reached, keep an eye on team performance and give regular comments.
• Create and put into practice efficient sales techniques to boost income.
• Encourage cooperation and excellent performance by cultivating a positive team atmosphere.
• Hold frequent training sessions to improve teamwork and product expertise.
• Broad knowledge and comprehension of retail’s resources, goods, processes, and current market trends
• Recognizing shifting market trends, developing channels to attract clients, and offering top-notch customer support
• Work together with different departments to make sure that customers are served smoothly.
• Examine sales data and compile reports for management’s consideration.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
