Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the sales process from the first lead generation to the closure, always exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and customer service.
• To reach revenue goals and increase market share in the upscale retirement home industry, create and carry out strategic sales plans.
• Establish and preserve connections with senior living community influencers, wealthy retirees, and their families, among other potential clients.
• Develop persuasive sales collateral and promotional materials in conjunction with marketing and advertising agencies to appeal to the elderly population and their children who live abroad.
• Offer junior sales team members support and direction, including training on client relationship management and successful sales strategies.
• To adapt sales tactics appropriately, stay up to date on market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
