Job Description

Positions and Accountability:

• Promoting solar products and services to prospective customers through outbound sales calls.

• Recognize the needs of the client and offer suitable recommendations and answers.

• By conducting market research and networking, discover and create new business prospects.

• Through consistent communication and product demonstrations, cultivate and preserve connections with prospective customers.

• Provide junior sales reps with mentorship and guidance, sharing information and skills to improve their sales effectiveness.

• Encourage excellent performance and ongoing development by helping to create a cooperative and upbeat team atmosphere.

• Continue to offer customer service, answering technical questions, finding quick solutions, and making sure customers are satisfied.

• To find areas where sales procedures, services, and goods need to be improved, get input from customers.

• Develop enduring relationships with clients to secure repeat business.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
