Responsibilities:
• Locating and overseeing market channels and gaining clients from them
• Reducing rejection and delinquency to provide a quality portfolio
• Broad knowledge and comprehension of retail’s resources, goods, processes, and current market trends
• Recognizing shifting market trends, developing channels to attract clients, and offering top-notch customer support
• To promote high-quality customer service and operational efficiencies, suggest changes to procedures and guidelines within the retail banking industry.
• While keeping up with current clients, find and prospect new business prospects.
• Perform market research and analysis to find growth prospects and trends.
• Work together to produce persuasive presentations and sales materials with the marketing team.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and additional sales tools to monitor and manage the sales funnel.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
