Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Reach and surpass sales goals in the designated area.

• Establish and nurture connections with both new and current clients.

• Leading a group of insurance agents, hitting sales goals, and guaranteeing top-notch client service are all necessary responsibilities.

• The ideal applicant will be able to establish and sustain solid customer relationships, possess outstanding leadership abilities, and have a track record of success in insurance sales and management.

• Being aware of the demands of the clients and informing them of the goods and services that are offered.

• Participating in meetings with the top team members to talk about how the sales plan has been improved.

• To increase customer satisfaction and meet sales goals, collaborate closely with other team members, such as marketing and administrative personnel.

• Establish connections with customers to help create future sales.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
