Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead sales efforts in your region, driving business growth and achieving life insurance sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Train and support the sales team.
• Monitor sales performance and report to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
