Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven business development manager to lead sales efforts, drive growth, and achieve life insurance sales targets within your region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis.
• Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance performance.
• Track and report sales performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
