Responsibilities:
• To accomplish sales goals, lead, oversee, and inspire a group of sales executives.
• Create and implement sales strategy to boost income and market share.
• Analyze sales performance, forecast, and plan your territory.
• Assist cross-functional teams in product development, marketing, and customer service.
• Train, teach, and educate the sales team about the products.
• Strong relationships should be established and maintained with important clients, such as purchasing decision-makers, hospital executives, and surgeons.
• Keep abreast of market developments, rivalry, and new product releases.
• Continually surpass sales targets by attracting, maintaining, and expanding attendees in your area.
• To generate excellent partnerships and client relationships, sales, and leads, Gartner sales teams should work together.
• Utilize sales and account management procedures within the territory to meet yearly revenue quota targets.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
