Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Look into new connections and prospects that could result in business expansion.

• Work together with executives and sales managers to match company goals and objectives with training initiatives.

• Form partnerships with institutions and schools throughout the landscape.

• Create positioning and brand awareness, as well as campaigns and strategies.

• Hold education abroad seminars at universities and schools.

• Assure the Business Unit’s profitability and the accomplishment of sales and delivery goals.

• Assure prompt service delivery and optimize procedures to increase operational effectiveness.

• The company’s product offerings’ market share in the area is evaluated and monitored.

• To enhance the performance of sales team members, offer them continual coaching and mentoring.

• In order to represent the whole brand experience, it is important to promote a consistent customer experience across all services.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
